Cape Town Forums - 2003

A number of Forum meetings have been held in Cape Town since 1998. Initially these meetings were held with a small invited audience. And apart from two occasions in 2001 and 2002 the meetings continued in this manner until opening them up to the public. Only since 2000 have the proceedings of the meetings been transcribed, clearly indicated under the title of the meeting.
