Cape Town Forums - 1997

The International Conference The Political Economy of Social Change in South Africa.

The first event held under the banner of the Trust was an international conference. This was made possible through funding by SIDA of the Swedish Government, Interfund, Human Science Research Council, British Council, Africa Educational Trust and the University of the Western Cape. The conference was held on 1-2 April 1997 in association with the Education Policy Unit at the University of the Western Cape.
